1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 28.09.24 until further notice (the ‘Promotional Period’).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

£6,000 Games Prizes

20. Each game has a total prize pot of £6,000 which is distributed as follows:
    1. £3,000: Full House winner/s
    2. £1,500: Any Two Lines
    3. £500: Any One Line
    4. £1,000: Everyone’s A Winner feature, where this prize will be shared among all non-winning tickets.
21. In the case of multiple winners, the prizes will be split proportionally based on the number of winning tickets held by each Eligible Player.
22. All prizes will be paid into the winner/s cash balance immediately after the game.

£3,000 Games Prizes

23. Each game has a total prize pot of £3,000 which is distributed as follows:

    4. £100 Each Roll On x (5). After the full house is won, all the non-winners will have a chance to play for an extra full house.

£2,000 Boosted Games Prizes

29. Each game has a total prize pot of £2,000 which is distributed as follows:
1. £1,000: Full House winner/s
2. £1,000: Everyone’s A Winner feature, where this prize will be shared among all non-winning tickets.
30. In the case of multiple winners, the prizes will be split proportionally based on the number of winning tickets held by each Eligible Player.
31. All prizes will be paid into the winner/s cash balance immediately after the game.

PACKAGES

32. When participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players can purchase “Package” options including 6, 12 or 24 tickets for specific days with a 20% discount (as detailed in the table below). Players must click on the “Bingo Package” tab and purchase a Package from there.

33. Packages can be purchased prior or during the Game Session.
34. A maximum of one Package can be purchased per Eligible Player per day.

USE OF INFORMATION

35. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
36. Eligible Players acknowledge that winning participant’s’ Bingo Chat Name shall be published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels. Should a winning participant not want to have their Bingo Chat Name and/or personal information published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels, the winning participant should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
37. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
38. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.

*Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

40. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
41. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
42. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
43. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
